Selling your home is a significant undertaking that can be looked on with hesitation and fear, but it doesn’t need to be. We are always excited to work with you to make the process of selling your home as pain free as possible, and to make the experience a positive and productive one. 


We continually strive to ensure you are well informed. You can expect to hear from Brad or his team throughout the listing process with anything from feedback from a showing, updates on our internet marketing success, follow up on a conversation, follow up on how the marketing is going, comments from other Agents and their clients, and just to see how things are going with you.

This process continues after a conditional sale, as we will work closely with you all the way through to the Completion Day to ensure a smooth closing. 


When you list your home with us, it is a commitment on both sides. A commitment by you to do everything to make your home as ready for sale as possible, and a commitment by ourselves to follow through on your work and market your home to the highest number of qualified buyers possible in person and online. In preparation for listing your home, we encourage all of our clients to have an understanding of some of the documentation that will be required; for single family home and bareland condo owners, this includes a current and valid Real Property Report, and for all condo owners there are a number of condo documents that will need to be provided, which you can learn more about here.


We will advertise and market your home by doing the following:

  • Prior to getting your property exposed to the open market and to as many buyers as possible, we will take onensure that we take 100's of photo, a virtual reality tour and have floorplans done along with an individual brochure prepared for every property we list, promoted with as many details on your home as possible. We have found our custom marketing pieces to be invaluable for local, out-of-town, and even out-of-country buyers alike!

  • Advertise your home on the following web sites: (where each listing receives its own dedicated web page) ,, to name just a few.

  • Advertising to 10,000+ Realtors and their clients through our affiliation with the Alberta Real Estate Association

  • Advertise to Brad's list of pre-qualified buyers that he is working with that are looking for a home like yours!

  • Advertise via weekly print ad in the Rocky Mountain Outlook
